I use the treadmill at my standing desk about four days a week while I work. Pairing was quick. I popped in the battery, held it near the treadmill, and it connected on the first try. No app, no syncing dance, no manual digging required. The buttons have a solid click to them. Speed up, slow down, start, and stop all respond right away without lag. I do not have to point it directly at the treadmill either, which is nice when I am mid stride and glancing at my laptop instead of down at my feet. The size fits well in my hand and sits on my desk without taking up space. Light enough that I forget it is there until I need it. Battery life has been steady so far. A few weeks in and no signs of dimming response. One honest note. The shell is thin plastic, so I would not want to drop it on a hard floor. It feels functional, not premium. Good pick for V300 owners who lost their original remote or want a backup for a different room.
